Great location, just a short walk to the river and close to the city center. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
The room was on the smaller side and could use some updating. There was no air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warm seasons.

Great central location in town center, close to the old town and river promenade. Recently upgraded room with spacious bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and excellent coffee. Warm and helpful staff. Lovely Christmas decorations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area of the city. Being in the pedestrianised area, we were able to explore the Old Town easily. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar.
We highly recommend this place to our friends!

Variety at breakfast buffet. Quiet and charming location. Comfortable bed. Excellent downtown location. Cosy and green corner of the city. Cute and nice staff. Cozy and clean Paul Klee room. Lovely breakfast with many choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area close to everything in 'old town' and within good walking distance of everything we needed from shopping to museums. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and refurbished room that had everything we needed. the staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The breakfast included in our room rate was also a highlight, it was fresh and one of the best breakfasts we've had in Europe.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center, just steps away from the vibrant bar and restaurant scene. It is also very close to the beautiful Rhine Promenade area, perfect for a relaxing stroll by the river. The rooms are well isolated and the beds are comfy, offering a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offers a broad spectrum of options. the staff provides personal attention, making guests feel cared for and attended to.
The shower doors in the bathroom are not very spacious, making it a bit difficult to maneuver in and out comfortably.
